Biography
After Medical, Pharmaceutical, Strategic Management and Marketing roles, currently the CEO and Founder of Business Works. An Organisational Behaviour and Communication Specialist focusing on facilitating Corporate leaders and teams to align through resolving communication challenges and culture deficiencies resulting in clear deliverables, accountability with demonstrable improvement to their bottom line profitability, stakeholder engagement and talent retention.
Election Statement
Solving the housing and infrastructure crisis is critical. We must align to work with government to expediate and deliver a plan that will keep jobs here and continue to allow for business growth. We must work to provide homes for our employees, so business can flourish.
Currently, President, North Dublin Chamber, co-opted seat on Dublin Chamber Council. I understand the many challenges faced by Corporates and SME businesses from recruitment, talent retention to transport and infrastructure. Within Chamber and a member of SFA National Council, I champion both the voices of SME’s and the larger indigenous and multinational corporate contributors to Dublin’s diverse business ecosystem.
