The Small Business Network is a series of monthly events for the business owners and senior managers from Dublin Chamber’s membership. Business issues and challenges are the focus of each event with a guest speaker at each event. The guest speakers give practical advice to help the owners and senior managers in small organisations run their business. The series gives invited guests key business insights and the opportunity to network.

For this months Small Business Network we are bringing back our networking with a twist!! Virtual Networking. 

How it will work?
This month we will use Zoom for our Small Business Network, where there will be breakout rooms, in which attendees will be split up and put into a breakout room where you will be able to network.

You will receive a link 24hrs before the webinar to gain access to the webinar.

This month we will be joined by Natasha Kinsella, MA, MSc, BSc, Regional Skills Manager Dublin. Critical Skills and the opportunity to access upskilling and talent for all SMEs in Dublin remains the biggest operational challenge in the current environment.Do you know what's on offer in terms of supports, including funded and subsidised provisions for upskilling in collaboration with the State and education sector (both further and higher level)? Natasha as the Manager of Dublin Regional Skills Forum, presenting at the webinar, will assist as the one point contact in accessing what’s available to you in addressing your skills needs

Natasha Kinsella, Regional Skills Manger

Natasha has been the Regional Skills Manager for Dublin since 2016, the Regional Skills Fora is an initiative under the Department of Education which focuses on Training and Education while fostering engagement between industry and educational providers (both Further Ed & Higher Ed) in support of company and regional skills/talent needs. Natasha holds a Masters in Training & Education and primary degrees and post graduate qualifications in HR, Business, and Hospitality. 

 
Natasha has held a number of positions within the tourism and hospitality sector, progressing mainly in operational & HR positions in France, England & Ireland. Following experience in Fáilte Ireland as Professional Development Adviser across key projects nationally, she sat on many industry boards, governing bodies, he National Hospitality Advisory Group, and the National Apprenticeship Council.
