About our Women Empower Series
Dublin Chamber’s Women Empower Series is a series of two exclusive events for senior decision makers from Dublin Chamber’s corporate and business membership. Each event focuses on leadership issues and explores the challenges faced by women in making it to the top in business. High profile guest speakers offer an overview of their career, leadership style and their industry. The series gives guests access to high level thought leadership focused sessions and the opportunity to network.

This webinar will take place on our Remo platform, this platform allows you to network and connect with other Dublin Chamber members. How will it work? You will log into Remo and automatically be signed to a table, to move around you may double tap an empty seat at a table you may want to go to. All attendees will be visible in the chat function so if there is a particular member you wish to chat to you can direct message them to meet you at a table.
Our networking function will be available before the webinar starts, this will be from 11.40am to 12pm, any member who wishes to log on to network are asked to do so at 11.40am all other members who don't wish to participate in networking are asked to log on at 12pm as we kick the webinar off at 12pm.

Vivienne Kavanagh, Employee Development and Equality Executive at Dublin Bus (Bus Átha Cliath)
Vivienne Kavanagh is the Employee Development and Equality Executive of Bus Átha Cliath. In her current position she is responsible for managing and implementing the learning and development strategy for the company, as well as leading the award-winning work in the area of diversity and inclusion over the last number of years.
She joined the company in 1999 and has worked in a variety of clerical roles before moving into HR, where she worked in a number of roles before taking on her current position.
Vivienne holds an Honours Degree in HR Management from TU Dublin, and a Master’s Degree in Strategic Management from TU Dublin. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
Adrienne Gormley, COO, N26
Adrienne Gormley joined N26 in 2020 as Chief Operating Officer of the digital bank. In her role, she oversees N26’s business operations, banking operations, customer
service, service experience and workplace teams. She is responsible for scaling
internal capabilities and building a culture of customer-centricity and operational
excellence across the organisation. With over 20 years of experience working with some of the world’s most respected technology leaders, including Dropbox, Google and Microsoft, Adrienne has deep expertise across customer experience, business operations and scaling and growing international teams. Prior to joining N26, she was VP of Global Customer Experience and Head of EMEA at Dropbox, driving global customer strategy, experience and operations across a 600 million-strong customer base, and scaling the business across multiple offices and functions with the key goal of making Dropbox “A Great Place to Work”. Adrienne is a passionate advocate of diversity and inclusion in the workplace, with a keen understanding of how to get the best out of international teams in fast-growing
environments. She is also an active member across Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
networks and organizations, as well as a mentor to female entrepreneurs in EMEA
and beyond.
Anne O’Leary, CEO, Vodafone Ireland
Anne O’Leary was appointed CEO of Vodafone Ireland in February 2013, having spent five years as Enterprise Director. She joined Vodafone from BT Ireland where she was Managing Director for six years and was previously Regional Director with Esat Telecom.
As CEO of Vodafone, Anne is committed to continued investment in Ireland’s telecommunications infrastructure, resulting in Vodafone's nationwide rollout of 4G and most recently the launch of 5G. She is also overseeing SIRO, Vodafone’s joint venture with the ESB, who are investing €450m in the roll out of high-speed fibre broadband across Ireland.
Additionally, Anne is driving the gigabit society agenda in Ireland– with the explicit goal of access for everyone to 1 gigabit broadband speed. Equality of connectivity and the benefits that digital brings will change how everyone in Ireland lives, works and plays.
A Cork native, Anne has long championed wellbeing, diversity and inclusion in the workplace. This has positioned Vodafone as an employer of choice in Ireland and help them achieve the Business Working Responsibly mark. Anne has served as President of Dublin Chamber and is former Chair of Irish charity, GOAL. Anne also sits on the Board of Directors for South Africa’s Vodacom and the Board of Greencore.
