She has a breadth of experience across public and private sectors including financial services, digital, telecommunications, FMCG and food and agriculture. Within Vodafone, Julie is responsible for Leading a multidisciplinary HR team with responsibility for HR strategy, talent, learning and leadership, resourcing and HR operations. She also works closely with senior leadership to design and develop the people strategy with a strong commercial and customer focus

Terri holds a MSc in Training & Performance Management and MBA and now leads HR in an organisation with over 2500 people in Ireland. She is passionate about building business strategy with a focus on culture and transformation.
