Gillian O' Sullivan  is a Partner in BearingPoint’s Technology service line where she is focused on supporting clients achieve better outcomes through technology. With over 20 years’ experience delivering technology projects, Gillian understands the challenges of building technology solutions that really work for users and customers.  
Gillian is passionate about agile delivery methods, team effectiveness and technology excellence and blends these to create high performing teams capable of meeting the pace of the digital world. 

Hugo de Sousa leads the Innovation Services practice at BearingPoint in Ireland, helping organisations develop new growth engines, better value propositions and powerful business models.
BearingPoint is deeply committed to helping legacy organisations to become more innovative. Hugo is a thought leader in corporate innovation, a former entrepreneur, government advisor in innovation and digital transformation, and a seasoned CIO/CTO.

Rui is a passionate customer advocate helping OutSystems' largest customers with their complex digital transformation initiatives. His work has been primarily focused on creating broad platform-level digital capabilities that will enable effective business transformations, based on new digital experiences and operations.
Rui had several leadership roles at OutSystems leading European level sales, customer success, digital and professional services organisations.
Rui holds a degree in Computer Science, a master’s degree in Marketing and has completed several executive courses in management and leadership.
