Rhonda Doyle is the Director of Operations, Services and Projects at Schneider Electric Ireland. She is responsible for managing operations in Ireland, with a specific focus on maintaining service for customers in the region and developing a growth strategy that targets critical industries including data centre and networks, manufacturing, and renewable energy segments. This includes overseeing the projects team in the delivery of multi-discipline projects for customers and being directly responsible for the development of field services across these core industries. Rhonda joined Schneider Electric in January 2021 having previously spent 17 years at eBay. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and a master’s degree in Business Administration at Dublin City University and is currently a volunteer at TU Dublin.
Alan Gallagher, Director of Event Operations, The Convention Centre
Director of Event Operations at The CCD which he has held since June 2017 and he is responsible for driving the venues event strategy. In his previous role he spent over 10 years as part of the Senior Executive Team in Croke Park Stadium and managed the day to day running of the third largest sporting venue in Europe and served on a number of GAA national committees. Having unique large scale event experience, acted as Event Controller for the Pope’s visit to Knock in 2018.
Sustainability is a key driver for Alan and leads The World Around Us team which developed and implemented The CCD’s first sustainability strategy. A key focus is looking at embedding practical applications into day-to-day operations and company strategy and this journey has allowed organisations he has worked for to secure many ISO accreditations and national and international industry awards. He was responsible for Croke Park being the first venue in the world to achieve ISO 20121, the industry standard for sustainable event management. Holding a first-class honours in both a Bachelor of Engineering (NUIG) and a Master of Business Studies (Smurfit Business School), Alan has also served 15 years as a commissioned officer in the Defence Forces and reached the rank of Captain. Outside of work and family life, Alan likes to keep fit and has completed in a number of 140.6 and 70.3 IRONMAN events.

Sarah Dempsey, Head of the Office of Sustainable Business at AIB plc. Sarah is a recognised industry leader in the area of corporate reputation, communications and sustainability. She joined AIB plc in September 2017, as Head of the Office of Sustainable Business, working to devise and implement a clear sustainability and reputation strategy which aligns with the business strategy and ultimately supports the work to rebuild the bank’s social licence to operate. Sarah joined AIB from Ulster Bank Ireland DAC where she held various senior roles over the last 12 years, most recently as Head of Communications and Corporate Affairs. Prior to her banking career, Sarah worked as Account Director with a number of well-known Irish Communications Agencies, including Drury Communications & Financial Dynamics. She was also one of the first employees of Esat Digifone (3 Ireland), as the company launched into the Irish Market in 1997. Sarah is a Certified Banking Director having qualified from the Institute of Bankers in 2015. She is also a graduate in French and Sociology from Trinity College Dublin.
Brian O'Kennedy,Managing Director, Clearstream Solutions
Brian O’Kennedy is CEO of Clearstream Solutions, a leading independent carbon management and corporate sustainability consultancy which he founded in 2009. Brian has over 20 years’ leadership experience in global supply chain management and procurement, particularly in the areas of IT, Media, Print and Packaging. Brian has served as Chair of the CDP Ireland Network, the global carbon reporting program, and is also a member of Steering Committee of the global Responsible Sourcing standard, Verego SRS. He has a degree in Economics from Trinity College, a Certificate in Sustainable Management from BSI Group and is currently studying the Circular Economy at TU Delft.

Aebhric McGibney, Director of Public & International Affair
Aebhric Mc Gibney is the Director of Public and International Affairs at Dublin Chamber. Aebhric is a board member of Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII) and was previously on the board of Córas Iompair Éireann (CIE). He has served on a number of Government advisory bodies, including the National Economic and Social Forum, and the Advisory Group on Tax and Social Welfare.
Previously, Aebhric has worked as a lecturer, economic consultant and as Senior Economist with IBEC. He received an Outstanding Contribution award by the Irish Pro Share Association for his work promoting tax relief for share schemes. He is a Chartered Director (C.Dir), holds a M. Litt. (Economics) from TCD and was awarded the Dean’s List Award from UCD for his first-class honours MBA.
