This dinner will take place in the Newly Built Dublin Royal Convention Centre which is located 1 Le Pole Square, Chancery Lane, Ship Street Great, Dublin 8, D08 E6PD, Ireland. The Dublin Royal Convention Centre is located in the heart of Dublin and is newly open as of December 2022, this new Dublin Royal Convention Centre is part of the Raddison Blu, Royal Hotel, Raddison Blu.

Stephen O'Leary - Incoming Dublin Chamber President and Founder Olytico
Stephen O’Leary is the founder of Olytico, Ireland’s leading social media analysis company. As well as an Irish and international client list, research and analysis carried out by Olytico has been published by major national and international media outlets including RTE, The Irish Times, The BBC and The Washington Post. Stephen is a World Economic Forum Young Global Shaper and serves on the Boards of Dublin Chamber of Commerce and Anu Productions. He is a highly regarded conference speaker having addressed audiences at events including the Sport and New Media Conference in Paris, Web Summit, DMX, and The Dublin Tech Summit. Stephen is a Fellow of Griffith College Dublin, where he lectured in Online Journalism.
Vincent Cleary, Managing Director, Glenisk Organic Dairy
A native of Killeigh, Co Offaly, Vincent Cleary is managing director of Glenisk, Ireland’s largest yogurt maker, and the Cleary family business. Established in 1987, in 1995 Vincent, along with his siblings, transitioned Glenisk to be one of Ireland’s best known and most sustainable food brands, through the championing of organic ingredients.
A committed environmentalist, he dates his ‘organic epiphany’ to the early 1990s when he was living in Germany. A German baby food manufacturer announced their intention to source organic vegetables from Ireland. Assuming an organic revolution was happening in Ireland, Vincent made the decision to return home to be part of it. But the revolution had yet to occur…Despite the obvious challenge – the absence of a viable supply of organic milk, and the apparent lack of consumer demand, he believed there was an opportunity for a small company like Glenisk to pioneer the organic sector in Ireland.
More than 25 years later, the company now employs 90 people directly and works with 50 family farms across Ireland. Glenisk has experienced strong growth in recent years, becoming the top selling yogurt in Ireland. In 2021, a major fire at Glenisk’s manufacturing plant wiped out its yogurt production capability. The company resumed yogurt making after just four months. Vincent and his team are now firmly focused on developing a new Glenisk factory and reimagining the business for the years and opportunities ahead.Glenisk is the recipient of multiple awards for its products, business and for its commitment to sustainability including, most recently, the CSR/ Sustainability Initiative Award at the 2021 World Dairy Innovation Awards.
Vincent is a former finalist of the EY Entrepreneur of the Year Award. He is a former director of Bord Bia and was a member of Foras Orgánach, the government’s national organic steering committee in 2009, appointed by then Minister of State for Food & Horticulture.Vincent lives in Killeigh, Co Offaly with wife Kerstin, daughter Kim, and a collection of rescued animals.
An Taoiseach, Leo Varadkar
Leo Varadkar is the Taoiseach. He became Taoiseach for the second time on 17 December 2022.He was born and raised in Dublin. He is a qualified medical doctor and a graduate of Trinity College Dublin. First elected Taoiseach in June 2017, Mr Varadkar was a member of Fingal County Council (2003-2007) and elected to Dáil Éireann for the Dublin West constituency on his first attempt in 2007 and was re-elected to a fourth term in 2020.As Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport (2011-2014) he connected Dublin’s light rail system (the Luas), helped restore growth to the tourism industry and led the ‘Gathering Ireland 2013’. As Minister for Health (2014-2016), he brought in free GP care for children under the age of 6 and adults over 70, launched Ireland’s first National Maternity Strategy and published the Public Health Alcohol Bill which is now law. As Minister for Social Protection (2016-2017) he increased pensions, social welfare payments for carers, people with disabilities and lone parents. He introduced paid paternity benefit for the first time in Ireland and extended new social insurance benefits and protections to the self-employed and farmers. He is parliamentary leader and President of the Fine Gael party (EPP affiliate) and led the party into a historic third term in government in coalition with Fianna Fáil and the Green Party.
Frank O Keeffe, Managing Partner, EY
Frank is the EY Ireland Managing Partner. Prior to his current role, Frank held a position on the Irish leadership team as Head of Assurance, where he was responsible for leading the fastest-growing Assurance service in the island of Ireland. Additionally, he was the Lead Audit and Client Services Partner for Ireland. Frank’s experience includes serving a range of large national and multinational clients across the manufacturing, retail, technology and supply chain sectors.
Frank was the Partner for the EY Entrepreneur Of The Year™ program in Ireland between 2009 and 2014. He has also held the position of Diversity & Inclusion Partner Sponsor and continues to preside over EY Diversity & Inclusion Steering Committee in Ireland. Frank holds a Certificate in Authentic Leadership, from the Harvard Business School and is a Chartered Certified Accountant by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
