Event Details
The government have launched their Climate Action Plan which is seeking to put climate solutions at the heart of economic and social development in Ireland over the coming decades.
There are ambitious plans to reduce level of emissions by enterprise.
We would like to invite you to a roundtable discussion at which businesses can share their concerns or specific feedback on the Climate Action Plan.
Your feedback will help us as we continue to lobby the Government on your behalf.
Time:
12:00 PM - 01:00 PM
Venue:
Webinar, Dublin Chamber, . .
The roundtable discussion will be held online at
12pm on Friday 17th February.
The session will last approximately 60 minutes and we hope to have a robust exchange of views and sharing of business experiences.
Discussion will be based on your individual input and broadly framed by the following themes:
1. What are the barriers for your company in developing decarbonising measures?
2. What are your thoughts on what the government are doing to help your business? Can the government be doing more?
3. Energy costs are high yet there appears to be a low uptake on the Temporary Business Energy Support Scheme? Is there clarity around the TBESS and/or other government schemes? Has your company availed of TBESS? Why not?
We do hope that you are available to take part and provide your valuable insights and perspectives.
