Come along and join Dublin Chamber's International Women Day on March 8th 2023. We are delighted to invite you to our 2023 celebration, which will bring over 200 of Ireland’s most successful business leaders and female entrepreneurs together for an evening of networking and learning

Natasha Adams, CEO, Tesco Ireland

Natasha was appointed as CEO Republic of Ireland in April 2022 having been the Chief People Officer since June 2018, in both roles as part of Tesco Group Executive Committee. As Chief People Officer, Natasha was a Trustee for the Tesco Pension Scheme, sat on the Tesco Cyber Security Committee and Tesco Privacy and Data Committee, advisor to both the Tesco Board and the Remuneration and Nominations & Governance Committees on remuneration, succession planning and recruitment while also being a Steering Group Member for both Movement to Work and the 30%Club.Natasha is a Companion of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, a trustee for IGD and a Non-ExecutiveDirector for Berkeley Holding Group Limited.A Tesco colleague since 1998, Natasha has held a number of leadership roles in Retail Operations and People functions, always enjoying the pace colleagues, customers and suppliers bring to the retail environment.

Julie McLoughlin, Co-Founder, JANDO

Julie is Co-Founder of JANDO, the multi-award winning printmakers based in The Chocolate Factory, Dublin 1. Specialising in colourful, landmark and architectural themed prints, JANDO skilfully blends a combination of both traditional and modern printmaking techniques, including screen printing and hand drawn illustration to create their distinctive body of work. Working with some of the biggest retailers, museums and heritage sites here in Ireland and abroad, Julie is the main screen printer at JANDO and also oversees everything from operations, to brand strategy to customer service.
Julie is obsessed with the movies of Wes Anderson and she believes in a healthy balance of work, design and life, with a cocktail or two thrown in for good measure.


Katharine Deas, Oriana B

Katharine Deas founded Oriana B (www.orianab.com), a furniture and homewares ‘Emporium of Amazingness’ according to The Irish Times, in 2019.  She is a seasoned business leader with many years of corporate management experience which she couples with a deep love of great furniture and European decorative arts.  Since inception, Oriana B has delivered over 10,000 orders, has a 5* TrustPilot profile, 17.6k Instagram followers and a developed a range of over 900 beautiful pieces of furniture and homewares. Based in Dublin, Katharine leads a talented team of creatives in her mission to deliver the most intriguing interiors in Ireland.
Sandra Quinn ACA, Partner at Barden, and expert in Executive Search and Senior Appointments 

A big 4 trained chartered accountant with many years of executive recruitment experience, Sandra leads our executive search recruitment practice in Ireland supporting senior appointments across industry, financial services and professional services.  With a deep understanding of executive level recruitment, Sandra specialises in CFO, Finance Director and other senior leadership positions mainly on a retained basis. Sandra and her team are where CEOs and Boards in Ireland go for advice, before they start hiring for their leadership team.


Charmaine Kenny, Co-Founder, Hatched Analytics

Charmaine has over ten years’ experience in management consulting (The Parthenon Group, London) and operational management positions (Paddy Power, Dublin/London). Her business experience is characterised by using data to make decisions. This experience coupled with her MBA from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business, enables Charmaine to productise data efficiently and effectively. Charmaine also co-founded The Irish Workshop, an online marketplace – a digital experience that lends itself to Hatched.  Hatched Analytics' reports help institutional investors make better decisions, offering the most accurate data on the headline performance of companies worldwide.  They currently offer coverage of 50 global tickers, with reports predicting over 76 reported KPIs
