The way that we work is changing… and fast! New technologies and a demand for more flexible working means the traditional workplace is becoming a thing of the past.

Join us on Thursday 21st of November for our ‘Future of Work’ breakfast briefing, where Chas Moloney, Director of Ricoh, will provide advice and insights on the big workplace changes, opportunities and challenges that are coming our way.

Chas will present on how a new generation of workers are looking for increased flexibility and an increased sense of belonging when choosing an employer. By 2030, 75% of the workforce will be made up of millennials. By creating flexible and productive work environments, they have a fantastic opportunity to flourish in this fast-changing world. Digitally savvy and highly connected, they see work as something they do rather than a place to go. Irish businesses need to embrace these changing workstyles to remain relevant and competitive.

On the morning Chas will be joined by Dawn O' Driscoll, Group Hr Director, Ervia and Siobhan O' Shea, Director, Client Services, CPL.

Time:
08:00 AM - 09:30 AM
