Naomi English, Senior Associate, Debt Recovery, Mason Hayes & Curran

Naomi manages debt collection litigation, with a focus on enforcement of security for debts. She acts for a number of high street lenders and other financial institutions, reviewing the security and ensuring the Bank is compliant with its regulatory obligations. Naomi engages with the debtors, where appropriate, negotiating sustainable arrangements on foot of up-to-date Standard Financial Statements or alternatively negotiating the voluntary surrender of the security property. 

Keith Rooney, Barrister - at - Law

Keith is a practicing barrister specialising in commercial debt recovery, personal insolvency, chancery and company law. Keith has acted in a number of high profile injunctions for receivers and financial institutions with a particular emphasis on the recovery of commercial property. Keith is also a contributor to the Law Society Gazette and Bar Review.
 

Jason Harte, Partner and Head of Debt Recovery, Mason Hayes & Curran

Jason helps banking, business, state/semi-state and private clients manage their debt. Jason and his team handle all aspects of collection work from pre-legal recovery, escalating to litigation and where necessary judgment enforcement and bankruptcy. The team specialises in providing a fast, efficient recovery service to clients, regardless of the size of the debts. He has also contributed to publications on the area of credit and cash flow, bankruptcy, judgement enforcement and trans-frontier litigation.
