Naomi manages debt collection litigation, with a focus on enforcement of security for debts. She acts for a number of high street lenders and other financial institutions, reviewing the security and ensuring the Bank is compliant with its regulatory obligations. Naomi engages with the debtors, where appropriate, negotiating sustainable arrangements on foot of up-to-date Standard Financial Statements or alternatively negotiating the voluntary surrender of the security property.

Jason helps banking, business, state/semi-state and private clients manage their debt. Jason and his team handle all aspects of collection work from pre-legal recovery, escalating to litigation and where necessary judgment enforcement and bankruptcy.
