The platform is helping create more human workplaces, delivering higher levels of employee engagement, satisfaction and retention at over 300 enterprise customers, and 5 million employees worldwide. 

Ronan has a passion for cultivating high-performance teams, and a strong belief that the more motivated, empowered and valued employees are, the more they can perform the best work of their lives. He holds a BEng. Electronic Engineering from Dublin City University, and lives in Dublin with his wife and four young daughters.
