06 June 2024

The Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs Programme at Dublin Chamber offers both Host Entrepreneurs and New Entrepreneurs valuable access to this unique international business exchange experience.

This past March, Caoimhin Cavallo, our New Entrepreneur from the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs Programme, spent six months in Brussels with Riccardo Raffaele Bozano, founder of IanusGroup. Immersed in IanusGroup's operations, Caoimhin gained hands-on experience with client projects and consultancy workflows. He attended high-profile events, including one at the European Parliament, broadening his understanding and expanding his network. Caoimhin also represented a client at an international fair, applying consulting best practices.

“The Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs experience opened up opportunities I would not have otherwise had. I learned about the business practices and operations of a boutique strategic consultancy in Brussels, expanding my horizons and gaining confidence in future ventures,” he shared.

The program benefited both Caoimhin and IanusGroup, enhancing his consultancy skills, public speaking, and time management. The Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs Programme offers aspiring entrepreneurs practical experience and mentorship abroad, fostering skill development and innovative idea exchange.
