Dublin Chamber has been meeting with Government on the education and training needs of the business sector, and we want to bring your insights to the table. We would therefore like to invite you to a roundtable discussion at which members can share their feedback on the current skills and talent ecosystem.

The roundtable discussion will be held online at 12pm on Friday 22nd November. The session will last approximately 60 minutes, and the discussion will be based on your individual input and broadly framed by the following questions:1. Do you currently engage with the FET sector through SOLAS? If so, how? (e.g. through Apprenticeships/Workforce Development/Construction Programmes, etc.) If not, why?2. What specific skills does your business struggle to develop?3. What would encourage your business to engage more with the FET sector? How can the sector be more responsive to business needs when it comes to skills and talent development?
