The Enterprise Europe Network at Dublin Chamber is please to present the Recovery Series. The Recovery Series is aimed at SMEs who are looking to recover, build and expand their companies post Covid-19 and Brexit. The series will look at a range of topics pertinent to SMEs' recovery and resilience.
The Series will cover:
- Change Management
- Supply Chain and Logistics
- Access to Finance
The first in the series - Change Management in association with UCD Professional Academy, will look at change management in a post Covid era and the lessons Covid-19 can teach us about Organisational Change. With guest speaker Sinéad O'Brien providing expertise and insights into this fascinating topic.

Sinéad O'Brien – UCD Professional Academy
Sinéad is an
independent executive coach, corporate trainer and lecturer in the area of
leadership, work behaviour, change management, personal development and
interpersonal skills. Over the past 30 years Sinéad has held a number of senior
positions in the education and training sector specifically in higher and adult
education. She lectures in Professional Development, Leadership and Change
Management and acts as dissertation supervisor for MBA students. In addition,
Sinéad is involved in the design, development and accreditation of training and
education programmes for a variety of institutions. She regularly presents to
both corporate and individual clients on the area of Leadership,
Change, Resilience and Goal Setting. Academically, Sinéad holds a degree in
Human Resource Management, an accredited Diploma in Personal, Life and
Executive Coaching, a Train the Trainer Diploma and an MBA in Leadership and
Coaching. This blend of experience and knowledge also assists in her work as a
Multi- Science and Behaviour Analyst (TTI D.I.S.C.) in assisting organisations
to establish critical information around individuals’ behaviours, driving
forces and emotional intelligence which are core to the success of both
organisations and individuals. As a personal coach Sinéad is highly
self-motivated and results oriented. She adopts a mentor/coach approach.
