‘The future is circular’
The course will cover key topics such as the principles of circular economy, creating a circular mindset, the benefits and challenges of circular business models, circular design strategies, adoption dynamics, and circular supply chain management. Participants will also learn about case studies of successful circular economy implementation, how to scale successfully, and how to measure the impact of circular practices. Participants will begin to think with a circular mindset and how it can fundamentally change business for the better from our current linear model.
Learning Outcomes: Participants will be able to
• Apply the circular principles to their processes, products, business models and systems
• Understand circular opportunities, strategies and tactics
• Know the steps required on how to scale their business to be circular
• Engage their supply chains and employees in circular thinking

Audience: This training course is designed for sustainability and ESG professionals, supply chain professionals, and anyone interested in applying circular economy principles anywhere in their organisation. No prior knowledge of circular economy or sustainability is required.
Format: The 5h course will be delivered virtually, over 2 mornings, through a mix of presentations, case studies, and interactive group discussions.
