Customer Experience

Customer expectations are rising, and businesses that prioritise experience often outperform those that focus only on products or services. This course examines what it means to design, deliver and measure customer experience in a digital context. 

Participants explore the customer journey, design thinking, authenticity in communication, and the use of metrics to monitor performance. The course also introduces practical tools for improving responsiveness, building loyalty, and aligning customer experience with business goals. 

Delivered through self-guided study, the course requires regular commitment to complete. The final exam ensures participants can demonstrate their ability to apply customer experience strategies in practice.
