ENACT is a 3-year initiative funded by SEAI and led by the Irish Green Building Council, in collaboration with SCSI, Dublin Chamber, Sustainability Works, and the University of Galway (2023-2025). ENACT looked to enable and support the renovation of commercial buildings by SMEs.
