ECOPATH - Sustainability training for SMEs
ECOPATH is an Erasmus+ project offering free, interactive training and resources to help small and medium-sized businesses understand and apply circular economy principles and ESG reporting.
The training is delivered through a free, interactive learning tool designed to make sustainability reporting practical, engaging and accessible.
Rather than relying on traditional, passive lectures, ECOPATH takes learners on a gamified learning journey. Through interactive choices, realistic scenarios and step-by-step challenges, participants explore the kinds of sustainability decisions businesses face every day — including navigating real-world dilemmas through the story of a fictional company. Who is the ECOPATH for?
ECOPATH is designed for entrepreneurs and professionals working in small and medium-sized businesses who want to build practical skills in ESG reporting and the circular economy.

How the Training Works
The ECOPATH training comprises 46 exercises across 7 learning modules, combining facilitator-led learning with flexible self-study.
- 3 facilitator-led sessions — delivered online or face-to-face
- 4 self-study modules — completed through a dedicated app or Moodle
- Approximately 25 hours of learning — including module assessments, equivalent to 1 ECTS credit
