Social Media Marketing 2025

Social platforms have become the public face of many businesses. They shape reputation, influence purchasing decisions, and create opportunities for direct engagement. Yet success requires more than frequent posting — it depends on strategy, consistency and understanding audiences. 

This course helps participants build a structured approach to social media, from researching audiences to planning content, managing communities, and using advertising effectively. It also covers the role of video platforms, working with influencers, and measuring campaign performance with confidence. 

The self-guided format gives learners flexibility, but the course requires steady application of time and effort. At the end, a formal exam confirms the ability to plan, deliver and evaluate social media activity at a professional level.
