Seán is a Senior Tax Manager in the PwC Tax Practice and has over 10 years of experience advising companies in relation corporation tax consulting, corporate tax compliance and transfer pricing.

Seán works in the PwC Private Business team to provide high-quality tax advice to Irish Semi-State Companies, Foreign Groups of Companies and Privately Owned Domestic Groups. His clients operate in a very wide range of industries including Electricity Transmission, Estate Agent Services, Retailer, Food Production and Horse Breeding. As a relationship lead on clients for the PwC Tax Practice, he has extensive experience of advising clients on a broad range of tax issues and understands the importance of delivering tax advice which fits within the commercial and strategic goals of his clients.
