Dr Christy Duffy
Dr Christy Duffy has serves as the Chief Executive of City of Dublin Education and Training Board (ETB) since 2021, having previously held the role of Chief Executive at Longford and Westmeath ETB.
City of Dublin ETB is the state education and training authority for Dublin city with over 3,000 staff who provide education and training opportunities for over 34,000 people. City of Dublin ETB is also responsible for Student Universal Support Ireland (SUSI), the national awarding authority for student grants in Ireland.
Launched by Dr Christy Duffy in January 2026, the City of Dublin ETB Strategy Statement 2026-2030 sets out the organisation's mission to transform lives and communities through education, training, youth work and services.
Mary McKevitt
Mary McKevitt is the Employer Engagement Officer (Acting) at City of Dublin Education and Training Board (ETB).
Having joined the organisation in 2001, Mary has built extensive experience across further education and community learning. Mary previously served as Community Education Facilitator within the adult Education Service, supporting inclusive and accessible education initiatives.
In her current role, she leads Employer Engagement Services, working with businesses to upskill and reskill their workforce through flexible, high-quality training solutions that respond to evolving labour market needs.
