The Social Media Marketing course helps participants approach these platforms with structure and intent. It covers the main networks, explains how customers move through a journey from awareness to loyalty, and shows how to grow and engage an audience with relevant content. It also explores paid advertising and campaign optimisation, giving businesses the tools to achieve measurable outcomes from social activity. 

Delivered as self-guided learning, the course offers flexibility alongside a clear structure. To complete the experience, participants sit an exam which tests their knowledge and provides a recognised outcome. This ensures that the time invested in the programme results in lasting skills and measurable development.
