A strong user experience is at the heart of every effective website. This course explores how design, usability and problem-solving combine to create online spaces that meet customer needs and support business goals.
Participants learn about web design principles, UX patterns, prototyping, eCommerce usability, and design-led content marketing. The course also covers problem-solving in design, analytics for tracking performance, and project management techniques to maintain focus during development.
The course is delivered as self-guided learning, giving flexibility but requiring a steady commitment to progress. The final exam ensures learners can demonstrate their ability to design and evaluate user experiences that improve performance and customer satisfaction.
