Online commerce continues to expand rapidly, with opportunities for businesses of every size. This course explains how to plan, design and manage effective eCommerce activity. 

It covers the essentials of eCommerce websites, shopping experiences, paid and organic search, and social commerce. Learners also explore omnichannel retailing, conversion optimisation, and customer experience in digital sales environments. Practical modules introduce planning frameworks, campaign budgeting, and methods for reducing shopping cart abandonment. 

The course is self-guided, requiring consistent application to complete, with a final exam providing recognition of the knowledge gained. By the end, participants are able to apply eCommerce principles in a way that supports both customer needs and business growth.
