Cathal Brady is CEO and Founder of Ultan Technologies, a Dublin based company providing Energy Software and Work Force Management Solutions to clients in the Public and Private sector in the UK and Ireland. Ultan Technologies are the team behind the software that manages the energy reporting for the entire Public Sector in Ireland – over 400 organisations plus almost 4,000 schools are using the software to identify savings opportunities and report on energy efficiency projects. They also provide software to manage Utility Suppliers such as Pinergy in Ireland.
Ultan Technologies’ workforce management software is being used by companies such as SISK, Walls Construction, Saint John of God, Berneslai Homes, Stevenage Borough Council and CleanTech Civils. These companies manage HSE assessments, maintenance work, vehicle checks, timesheets and more with the versatile mWorkerCIS digital forms product.

Fidelma McGuirk, founder and CEO of automation and integration technology company, Payslip (www.payslip.com).
McGuirk has 20+ years experience scaling international business and leading multi-national teams, Global HR & IT functions. McGuirk identified the need for an automation and integration technology solution to help multinational employers standardize and centrally manage their global payroll. Founding Payslip in Westport, Ireland in 2016, it now has teams and clients across the US & EU markets.
Dr Lisa Creaven , Founder, Spotlight Oral Care
Dr. Lisa Creaven is the Co-Founder & CMO of Spotlight Oral Care. Following her qualification in Dentistry from Trinity College Dublin, Dr. Lisa founded the Quay Dental Clinic in Galway in 2006, which is in the top 1% of Invisalign providers in Ireland/UK. In 2016, along with her sister Dr Vanessa Creaven, they created Spotlight Oral Care with the aim to create the best oral health products, to educate and promote oral care, empowering people to engage with true customised preventative oral care.
As dentists, they have a unique insight into the needs and wants of patients, and thus identified a gap in the market as patients struggled to find safe and effective oral care products that contain clinically proven active ingredients to target their dental needs. They also identified that in the dental profession there is a lack of sustainability with billions of toothpaste tubes sitting in landfill each year, something which the brand now includes strongly in their ethics. Dr. Lisa is responsible for communication & branding and directs the brand messaging within our marketing channels, managing strict KPI’s and ROI at every stage.
